for stave 4 only use pinky finger, avoid ring finger
try alternating 5 and 6
on 7th use 1st, 2nd, and 4th fingers, avoid 3rd
8th use 1st finger for both top frets. get used to moving slightly.
to practice these spend 3-5 minutes on any example, then move on and try other forms. small bursts then practice other stuff then come back so you dont burn out. practice good posture and positioning at all times, get smooth first, then bring in the metronome.
